Centers
Governments concerned with the development of their culture often put up centres for the performing arts. These centres teach aspiring actors and actresses to hone and improve their craft to bring it to the highest professional level possible. Performance art centres often serve as a magnet for these young actors who aspire to become famous one day. These centres most often also serve as the venue for music, theatre, ballet and other cultural events that enhances a community’s social and cultural experiences. Most centres have strict rules on etiquette such as the use of cellular phones and pagers, bringing along babies less than 6 years old, a policy on latecomers and the use of perfumed fragrances that can cause allergies to the other theatre goers. There are additional prohibitions on smoking and picture taking so as not to cause disruptions during the actual performance.
