Web art basically refers to works of graphic arts. Technology, particularly the Internet or the World Wide Web is a major player when it comes to web art. This art has something to do with lay outs, hyperlinks and other website-enhancing techniques. It is a digital design as a whole. The traditional art works and methods, when applied to web art, are improved and are given more life such as animation. The cyber world has really a lot of opportunities. The world is evolving and so is art. We could expect a more sophisticated art form in the future.
